Setup Options

  1. Raise your chair to the correct typing height and use a footrest if necessary, to maintain support to your feet.

    OR

  2. Use an adjustable keyboard tray to set your correct typing height while keeping a correct seated posture.

TIP: Your mouse must be at the same height as your keyboard.

TIP: If you have a padded wrist rest, remember it is a place to “rest”. You should not fix your wrists on the rest while typing.
