Kirsti has been providing a wide range of ergonomic support to business, government, and industry since 1993. Kirsti manages contracts and projects of all sizes in order to meet clients’ needs. Recent focus has included providing strategic support to audit existing programs followed by implementing, updating and developing ergonomic programs at a corporate and plant level. Kirsti also has experience providing Human Factors support to a number of projects within the nuclear environment.
Stacey McFadden, B.Sc.H.K. Ergonomic Consultant
Stacey has experience providing plant based industrial ergonomic support to clients on an ongoing basis. Recent ergonomic projects include completing physical demands analysis, risk assessments, accident investigation, providing job coaching, and completing job matches to assist with the re-integration of modified workers to the workforce. Stacey’s experience is focused within the automotive and office sectors.
Melinda McArthur, B.Sc. H.K. Ergonomic Consultant
Melinda has experience providing plant-wide ergonomic support to clients, with her focus spanning the automotive industry as well as office environments. Her ergonomic experience includes completing ergonomic assessments, physical demands analysis, risk assessments, accident investigations. Recent projects include facilitating the launching and ongoing activities of ergonomic task force teams to address areas of increased concern within companies. Melinda offers a strong background in biomechanics and practical problem solving.
Tara Iley, M.H.K., CCPE Ergonomic Consultant
Tara has experience providing industrial based ergonomic support at the plant level. Her most recent experiences include proactive planning for model year launches, and reactive job changes in an automotive assembly environment. Additional experience includes completing physical demands analyses, risk assessments, job matching and office workstation assessments. Her academic background is in biomechanics and ergonomics, providing a knowledge base from which to develop ergonomic recommendations and job redesigns.
Janice Jaskolka, M.H.K. Ergonomic Consultant
Janice has experience providing ergonomic support predominantly with an office and rehabilitative focus. Her recent experience includes conducting physical demands analyses, risk assessments, office workstation redesign, return to work consultation, and development and implementation of ergonomic standards and training. Additionally, Janice has strategic analysis experience attained by conducting research regarding occupational injury characteristics and trends. Janice offers a strong background in biomechanics and practical problem solving.
Nick MacLean, B.Sc. (Kinesiology) Ergonomic Consultant
Nick provides experience in implementing ergonomics programs in both manufacturing and office environments. He has spent time working in the food processing, automotive and aerospace manufacturing industries assessing physical ergonomic risk, physical demands, and proactive design interventions as well as co-coordinating ergonomics-based training for office and production stakeholders. Nick also has experience facilitating incident investigations using root cause analysis techniques and aiding in the development of ergonomic solutions.

She specializes in the development of ergonomic programs and the implementation of practical ergonomic solutions for the purposes of hazard control, accommodation and compliance. Marny has applied her expertise within a wide range of both the public and private sector, including provincial ministries, school boards, universities, utilities, the agricultural and the manufacturing sectors.

Valerie has experience providing support in the field of Ergonomics within a wide variety of sectors. Her recent ergonomic experience includes completion of physical demands analysis, workspace design, ergonomic analysis, office workstation assessments and workspace layout projects for manufacturing, automotive, meat processing, foundry and office environments throughout Ontario. As a Professional Engineer, Valerie brings her solid design experience to our clients through her practical and applicable solutions and design recommendations.
Cecilia Chan, B.Sc. (Kinesiology), AE Ergonomic Consultant
Cecilia has experience providing ergonomic support in both manufacturing and office environments at the plant level. She has experience working in the automotive, water heating, agriculture, and laboratory environments. Cecilia is experienced in conducting ergonomic assessments, physical demands analyses, office workstation assessments, and return to work assessments. She also has experience coordinating and providing proactive ergonomic awareness training and office ergonomics training.
Laura Veldhuyzen, B.Sc. (Kinesiology) Ergonomic Consultant
Laura specializes in providing ergonomics services in office environments. Recent projects she has completed include ergonomic assessments, job/physical demands analysis, and training and education sessions. These include identifying and correcting current ergonomic concerns with workstations, and providing pro-active recommendations for changes to prevent future ergonomic concerns. Through her Kinesiology background, Laura has first-hand experience with the effects and treatment of injuries/disorders that can be caused by improper workplace ergonomics.

Her academic background is in kinesiology with a strong focus on ergonomics.

Tennille Harrison, M.H.K., C.K. Ergonomic Consultant
Tennille has experience providing ergonomic support in office, industrial, and hospital settings. She has also provided ergonomic training to workers in both industrial and office work spaces and has conducted research on postures related to work-related injuries in automotive manufacturing. Her predominant focus has included rehabilitation of work-related injuries in lean manufacturing and return to work programming. Her recent experience includes conducting physical demands analyses for use in documenting occupational injuries at industrial worksites.
