Kirsti MacAulay, B.Sc.H.K., CCPE  
Principal Ergonomic Consultant

Kirsti has been providing a wide range of ergonomic support to business, government, and industry since 1993. Kirsti manages contracts and projects of all sizes in order to meet clients’ needs. Recent focus has included providing strategic support to audit existing programs followed by implementing, updating and developing ergonomic programs at a corporate and plant level. Kirsti also has experience providing Human Factors support to a number of projects within the nuclear environment.


Tara Iley, M.H.K., CCPE
Senior Ergonomic Consultant and Manager

Tara has experience providing industrial based ergonomic support at the plant level. Her most recent experiences include proactive planning for model year launches, and reactive job changes in an automotive assembly environment. Additional experience includes completing physical demands analyses, risk assessments, job matching and office workstation assessments. Her academic background is in biomechanics and ergonomics, providing a knowledge base from which to develop ergonomic recommendations and job redesigns.


Stacey McFadden, B.Sc.H.K.
Ergonomic Consultant

Stacey has experience providing plant based industrial ergonomic support to clients on an ongoing basis. Recent ergonomic projects include completing physical demands analysis, risk assessments, accident investigation, providing job coaching, and completing job matches to assist with the re-integration of modified workers to the workforce. Stacey’s experience is focused within the automotive and office sectors.


Melinda McArthur, B.Sc. H.K.
Ergonomic Consultant

Melinda has experience providing plant-wide ergonomic support to clients, with her focus spanning the automotive industry as well as office environments. Her ergonomic experience includes completing ergonomic assessments, physical demands analysis, risk assessments, accident investigations. Recent projects include facilitating the launching and ongoing activities of ergonomic task force teams to address areas of increased concern within companies. Melinda offers a strong background in biomechanics and practical problem solving.


Janice Jaskolka, M.H.K.
Ergonomic Consultant

Janice has experience providing ergonomic support predominantly with an office and rehabilitative focus. Her recent experience includes conducting physical demands analyses, risk assessments, office workstation redesign, return to work consultation, and development and implementation of ergonomic standards and training. Additionally, Janice has strategic analysis experience attained by conducting research regarding occupational injury characteristics and trends. Janice offers a strong background in biomechanics and practical problem solving.


Nick MacLean, B.Sc. (Kinesiology)
Ergonomic Consultant

Nick provides experience in implementing ergonomics programs in both manufacturing and office environments. He has spent time working in the food processing, automotive and aerospace manufacturing industries assessing physical ergonomic risk, physical demands, and proactive design interventions as well as co-coordinating ergonomics-based training for office and production stakeholders. Nick also has experience facilitating incident investigations using root cause analysis techniques and aiding in the development of ergonomic solutions.


Marny Mason, B.Sc. CK, CCPE
Ergonomic Consultant

Marny has been providing support in the areas of Ergonomics and Injury Prevention for the last 16 years. She specializes in the development of ergonomic programs and the implementation of practical ergonomic solutions for the purposes of hazard control, accommodation and compliance. Marny has applied her expertise within a wide range of both the public and private sector, including provincial ministries, school boards, universities, utilities, the agricultural and the manufacturing sectors.


Jeff Wright, M.H.K., AE  
Ergonomic Consultant

Jeff has experience providing industrial based ergonomic support at the plant level. His experiences include proactive planning for model year vehicle launches, and reactive job changes in automotive assembly, injection-molded plastics, and metal forging environments. Additional experience includes completing ergonomic assessments, physical demands analyses, return to work assessments and office workstation assessments. His academic background is in biomechanics and ergonomics, providing a foundation of knowledge to develop practical ergonomic recommendations and job redesigns.


Laura Veldhuyzen, B.Sc. (Kinesiology)  
Ergonomic Consultant

Laura specializes in providing ergonomics services in office environments. Recent projects she has completed include ergonomic assessments, job/physical demands analysis, and training and education sessions. These include identifying and correcting current ergonomic concerns with workstations, and providing pro-active recommendations for changes to prevent future ergonomic concerns. Through her Kinesiology background, Laura has first-hand experience with the effects and treatment of injuries/disorders that can be caused by improper workplace ergonomics.


Trisha Rosati, B.Sc. (Kinesiology), AE  
Ergonomic Consultant

Trisha has experience providing ergonomic support within variety of industries including, production and assembly, utilities, food and beverage, laboratory, and office environments. She has a strong interest in physical and cognitive ergonomics particularly at the proactive level. Trisha is proficient at identifying ergonomic risk factors and conducting physical demands analysis, task analyses, risk assessments and office workstation assessments. Her academic background is in kinesiology with a strong focus on ergonomics.


Amii Pereira, B.Sc. (Kinesiology), AE  
Ergonomic Consultant

Amii has experience providing ergonomic support in manufacturing and office work environments. Her experience includes working in a variety of environments including automotive, agricultural and water heating manufacturing. Some of the projects she has supported include physical demands descriptions, ergonomic risk assessments, job matching and office workstation assessments. Amii also has experience developing and providing ergonomic awareness training for manufacturing and office personnel.


Elisha Matushewski, B.Sc. (Kinesiology), CK, AE  
Ergonomic Consultant

Elisha has extensive experience in the fields of ergonomics and disability management including return to work coordination, job matching, and post offer employment testing. She has conducted ergonomic assessments, risk assessments and accident investigations in the office, professional, and manufacturing environments. Elisha is also proficient in conducting physical demands analyses in a variety of work environments including manufacturing, health care, construction, trades, and office settings.


Ilinca Papaz, M.Sc. (Ergonomics)  
Ergonomic Consultant

Ilinca has experience providing ergonomic support in both office and industrial environments. Some of her experiences include completing physical demands analyses in the nuclear environment and within a meat packing plant. Ilinca has participated in establishing ergonomic programs and training, completing ergonomic risk assessments, and developing and implementing Musculoskeletal Disorder prevention awareness initiatives . Through her Master’s dissertation, Ilinca has experience evaluating ergonomic systems through creating and testing a gap analysis method for OHSAS 18001.


Alica Belbeck, M.Sc. (Kinesiology), CK  
Ergonomic Consultant

Alicia has experience providing ergonomic support in industrial environments and conducting ergonomic based research in the healthcare sector. Some of her experiences include completing physical demands analyses and ergonomic assessments in the automotive assembly environment. Through her Master's dissertation, Alicia has also participated in research studies focussed on quantifying the ergonomic demands placed on nurses with respect to patient handling. Alicia is also interested and experienced in conducting training on a variety of ergonomics related topics.


Roopa Segu, M.Sc. (Ergonomics)  
Ergonomic Consultant

Roopa has an undergraduate background in Kinesiology and Psychology, and is interested in both cognitive and physical ergonomics. Having recently graduated from Loughborough University, her Master’s dissertation investigated the interpretations and understanding of UK nutritional labels by an international population. Roopa has also worked on projects focusing on inclusive design, ergonomics of organizational systems, and environmental ergonomics. Her current experiences include ergonomically assessing processes in the automotive assembly environment. Roopa is looking forward to contributing to the field of ergonomics in the workforce.


Corey Herron, B.A. (Kinesiology)  
Ergonomic Consultant

Corey has a strong interest and focus in the principles of biomechanics and ergonomics. His current experience includes completing Physical Demands Descriptions in an automotive assembly environment. Corey intends on enhancing his skills through continuing educational courses and is looking forward to working in the field of ergonomics.
